NWIP is an international student project of IPPNW. Its aim is to educate students and future decision makers about nuclear weapons and start opinion building amongst them. For this prupose, the project has formed delegations to travel to nuclear weapon states and organized dialogues with students at their universities. In addition to the dialogue activities, trainings of active students in dialogue technique and nuclear weapons basics are undertaken.
Everyone with an interest in disarmament is welcome to join the project. We're always looking for students to join our delegations and practice sessions. The project has an extensive database of documents and information that you can use as necessary. All it takes is the will to participate. In return you will get unforgettable experiences and will acquire a sound knowledge about disarmament and tools to be used in any work related to advocacy and conflict prevention. Find out more...
